As I shared with you in my previous post “Motivation on the Go,” I have been extremely inspired and motivated by podcasts over the last year.  So, I have decided to share all the beautiful ups, downs, detours and pitstops of my health and fitness journey for you to enjoy whenever you need to press play.

My very first episode is an incredible conversation I had with my friend and Zumba superstar instructor Anika Herring at the Word in Praise 89.1 fm studios.  Her story about her 80-pound weight loss journey will make you laugh, cry and shake those hips a little bit, too.  She also reveals how a toxic relationship impacted her health.  It’s a conversation that left me inspired, and I know it will do the same for you!
